All returns for credit or exchange require a return material authorization (RMA) and are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. Merchandise and its packaging must be in factory fresh, unused, resellable condition. Products must be free of dealer identification and unopened.   RMA numbers expire in 30 days and credits will be issued within 1 week of the RMA being processed.  

Warranty and repair quotes will be provided based on our flat-rate charges by item. All repairs are subject to pre-pay terms regardless of normal dealer purchase terms. Unless otherwise noted all products are warrantied for 1 year including parts and labor. Cable product sales are final. RF Venue is the sole authorized service and repair center for all products.
